This policy applies to credit purchases made for SkinDay Visualize. SkinDay Studio is free and involves no purchases.
Credits are automatically refunded if a simulation fails to generate, is blocked by a content moderation check, or returns an error. Refunds happen immediately and credits are returned to your balance. You do not need to contact us for these cases.
Unused credits do not expire. There is no time pressure to use purchased credits, and no subscription to cancel.
If you believe you were charged in error, or if you experienced a technical issue that was not automatically resolved, contact us within 30 days of the purchase:
We review all requests and respond within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
