These Terms of Service govern your use of SkinDay, operated at skinday.com. By accessing or using SkinDay, you agree to these Terms.

1. About SkinDay

SkinDay is a global clinic-growth platform for aesthetic clinics, providing two tools: SkinDay Studio (free browser-based before-and-after tool) and SkinDay Visualize (AI-powered consultation preview tool). SkinDay is not a medical provider, booking agent, or healthcare service.

2. Who Can Use SkinDay

SkinDay is intended for use by licensed aesthetic clinics and practitioners. By using Visualize, you represent that you are a qualified healthcare practitioner or are operating on behalf of a licensed clinic. SkinDay is not intended for patient self-use.

3. SkinDay Studio

Studio is free to use. Photos processed in Studio never leave your device. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before capturing, using, or sharing any patient image.

4. SkinDay Visualize

Visualize requires a paid credit balance. By using Visualize, you agree that:

• Outputs are AI-generated visualizations for consultation purposes only and are not a prediction of actual results.
• You will not present simulations to patients as guarantees or promises of outcome.
• You are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before generating or sharing any simulation.
• Photos submitted are transmitted to an AI provider for that single request only.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased in advance via Stripe and are non-transferable between accounts. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed in CAD. For information on refunds, see our Refund Policy.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You may request account deletion by contacting hello@skinday.com.

7. Prohibited Use

• Using Visualize outputs as guarantees of treatment results in patient-facing materials
• Using either tool for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
• Submitting images of individuals who have not provided appropriate consent

8. No Medical Advice

Nothing on SkinDay constitutes medical advice. Visualize outputs are AI simulations, not clinical assessments. All treatment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating practitioner.

9. Limitation of Liability

SkinDay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkinDay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

The SkinDay name, logo, design, and original content are the property of SkinDay and may not be used without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email.
